Nature of Services
Fillmore Commercial Partners is a commercial real estate advisory and acquisitions firm operating through three platforms: Fillmore Commercial (advisory), Fillmore Holdings (acquisitions and investment), and Fillmore Development. Our services include, but are not limited to:
Commercial real estate acquisitions and transaction advisory
Property acquisitions and investment underwriting
Sale-leaseback structuring and tenant representation
Industrial and Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) property advisory
Capital markets and financing advisory
Market analysis and due diligence support
Engagement for any of the above services is subject to a separate written agreement executed between you and Fillmore. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to provide services or a binding commitment by Fillmore.

No Client Relationship
Access to or use of this Site, including submission of inquiries through our contact form, does not create an attorney-client, broker-client, or any other professional advisory relationship between you and Fillmore. A formal client relationship is only established upon execution of a written engagement agreement signed by an authorized representative of Fillmore.
Important: Information submitted through this Site prior to any engagement agreement does not give rise to confidentiality obligations on the part of Fillmore unless separately agreed to in writing.

Return or destroy confidential materials upon request or upon determination not to proceed
Not use confidential information to compete with, circumvent, or undermine Fillmore or its clients
Confidentiality obligations applicable to specific transactions will be set forth in a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or confidentiality agreement executed in connection with such transaction.
Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” . After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
Message Data and Rates
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Denver, Colorado.

​In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation prior to initiating formal legal proceedings.
